simple as that, I will not submit any new art because I will not make any new art, it's a chore that brings me no joy or satisfaction, nobody else enjoys it, and even if I could potentially go far with it, I just simply don't have the willpower or patience to trudge through such a hell of my own creation alone for several long years.

This will probably also be the last journal I submit in a long time, as I haven't a social life on DA to warrant any use of it outside of status updates on art, I'll still be here though.

simply put, these days I either don't draw anything, or just do it for the hell of it and I don't feel that they are good enough to bother posting here, I'd probably get more done if I had any idea how to use my tablet, but until I get some simple reference material for practice pieces, nothing digital is forthcoming

quick note, most traditional drawings will go into my scraps, so make sure you are set to receive notifications about them

over, my wrist got tired, and nobody showed up, everything else was good, if a bit uneventful

I just got my birthday present in the mail today! (actual birthday was yesterday)

for those who care and inexplicably check my journals, I'm still drawing, it's mostly just random sketches of yet more pokemon that I don't feel warrant a post here, though I must confess that just copying the images on some old pokemon cards isn't helping me grow as an artist, and I still fail miserably at trying to draw these things on my own, so I'll likely start experimenting with modifying the referenced image
